The Italian Association for Arbitration and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, with the support of several national and international organizations, are ready for the third Italian Arbitration Day (“IAD”) that will be held in Rome on 13 June 2024.
The “geography” of international arbitration is the result of constant social and economic evolution, which is reflected on its actors (parties, arbitrators, institutions) and the type of disputes, but also of sudden geopolitical crises and their direct and indirect effects.
